I ended up doing a fresh windows install on my entire system because i thought it was a corrupt startup file or something. After that point it made it a bit easier to narrow down aha

Yep it was still registering it, and it even passed one of the memory tests. But once i unplugged it, all the oddities and crashes immediately ceased.

I had a shut down issue that i traced back to a bad ram stick that had failed all of the sudden during a case swap. I would start there as its pretty easy to identify with memory test and/or simply unplugging a module if you have 2 or more.

If you can do it and still have comfortable access to mouse and keyboard then your all good.

Dont think Ive posted my current setup here so:

Office Chairs > Racing/Gaming Chairs always. But the price really does match, your back will thank you though if your on it for any extended amount of time.

Honestly i would sell my 1080 right now and go GPU-less until prices return to normal, if i didnt use it daily
