I have a 2014 2.0 TDI and don't notice this. I don't change speeds dramatically so perhaps I'm not entitled to notice.
Might be worn bushing in suspension or driveshaft....

I have/had condensation on mine. The rear badge drain pipe had broken and was leaking water into the boot lid, which is inside the car. I fixed this and it appears to have gone away - I have a reusable dehumidifier bag just in case.
