Thank, Ian. That makes sense. Wish I had looked into that when I purchased. I'll have to check later today if the model years are different. If so, then I'll just need to purchase the MAP files directly? One more thing. I can already tell a DSG tune would help a lot. Do you have recommendation on which pairs well with the Cobb/MAP tune?

Hey man. I guessing the model year of your car is different than the model year the tunes were written for. That would cause them to be locked. If your car is a 2017, and the tune files say "2015" in the title, it's locked that that model year of ECU. Please let me know if you have any other questions at all.
