Can’t lie, I cannot figure out what I’m looking at

The reflections, shadows and light do make that picture hella confusing to tell what you're looking at at first lol. It took me a minute.

Here are pics from what I found back in June when I was told not to worry. But I knew better. The pieces did not stick to a magnet.

Just observed during oil change. No noises. Runs fine. I cut open every filter.
Back in June I saw what looked like small bits of aluminum foil. I reached out to the builder and they said meh it’s probably wearing. I sent a sample to blackstone and it came back fine. 2k miles later I decided to check again and found same material in the filter. Neither time was the oil full of particles. Fast forward to now and I find this mess. So once again I contacted them and they agreed I need to bring it. No idea what has happened but it’s going to the shop that built it this week. Yes they have a warranty as long as it’s what they built that has gone wrong. If it’s turbo or balance shafts (why?) they won’t cover. Doubtful it’s turbo related as it drives and spools great.
When I picked up the motor from them I inquired about specific oils and was told it didn’t really matter. Other than the initial Motul break in oil I’ve been running liquimoly 5w-40.

Oil change 2k miles after those previous filter pics. Then the oil change in the video is current. 1k miles after this.

I’m about 3 months to the end of the warranty. It was 2 years 24k. Engine has 15k on it now.
I literally commute to work and go to the gym. No racing. I noticed this debris upon returning from a road trip in may where my wife and I attended Alpine Volks Fair.

That’s actually one of the few cars I’d be interested in. I really like my S3. The awd is practical here in MI. It’s fast.

That sucks, bro. You shouldn't be seeing any type of metal pieces or shavings. Did they bore out your cylinders to 83mm or did you have them keep it at 82.5?
