I like the war Mercedes does it. You have the light in the mirror, but if you turn on the turn signal and a car is in the blind spot, it doesn't just flash, you get an audible beep to warn you.

18x8 45 ET. Just one though. Already have a set.

Tire Rack has them on closeout, so if you still want them, you'd better get while the gettin's good.

Where did you get those and what size tires do you have? Tire Rack only lists 18x8 and 19x8.5.

A little trick ourlee showed me Search using a 2017 audi tt. I run a 255/35r18 indy 500.

My wife's Honda beeps if you signal when there is a car in the blind spot as well. Nice feature I wish mine had.

Side mirror caps with blind spot monitoring LEDs came in yesterday from zhong zhong. Gonna hand them off to have painted Dark Iron Blue; stock mirrors already have BSM so should be a fairly straightforward install (and curse @mr-fix for adding another project to my list.)
