blinking 3rd brake light

I was behind a 7.5 R the other day and noticed that their 3rd brake light flashed 3 time then went solid, this was under normal braking conditions. Is anyone in here familiar enough with the code to know what adaptations I would have to make this happen this on my MK7?

The F1 light can be coded separately or as part of the “Scandinavian daytime brake lights”

Check out the post I put up the other day. I did it on obd11. I included before and after pics too

I did mine like that using Carista. There isn't a code just click on the option and Carista changes it.
