If your car runs fine I wouldn’t, if you got low compression or some other issues, might as well try it.

Is probably useful for cars made in the early 80s and before. Modern cars almost certainly do not benefit from those old tyme treatments

You have 32K miles on your car. You're better off focusing on maintaining your car the best you can, using the best products. That is more or less snake oil. Wait until you hit 150K miles and then think about using it at that point...
