Had a few people ask me what the various electrical noises are in my car (so must be noticeable).
Just wondering if anyone knows what specific items start up at each of the following times.
1) after you have opened your door for first time in morning there is a 3 or 4 second continuous electrical sound (not loud but audible).
2) turn ignition key to first position ( again a slightly louder continuous electrical sound that seems to be louder on very cold mornings).
Also when I start my car for first time each day (or when its been standing for more than a few hours) the engine starts straight away as normal but there is a "whirring" noise for a second or two afterwards (almost like I am keeping key operating starter) starts quietly on subsequent start-ups though.
