Creaking front suspension

Hi

I bought a 63 plate 1.6tdi Bluemotion Technology from an indi VW / Audi dealer 6 weeks ago and today when driving along with my window open I slowly drove over some speed bumps and heard the front suspension creaking, it wasn't very quiet either! Does anyone know of any issues with the front suspension on the mk7?
It's still got 7 months of the VW warranty left, I'm wondering if it's worth taking to the nearest VW dealer to have a look as also the rear suspension sounds like I have loose logs in the boot at low speed.

Thanks

Hi bud , I've got a 63 plate gtd and had/ have the same on the front . Seems it's a common issue but curing it seems difficult . It's been back to the dealer twice now and to be fair they cured it first time , second time sods law no noise once at the dealers lol
I've just installed vwr springs and the noise is still there but not all the time and not half as bad as it was.

It's the front bushes they need 'extra' lubricant to stop them catching the sub frame or something. Had mine done and it's gone. I would suggest another dealer if yours can't fix. As for rear noise that's what vw call a characteristic of the car. Aka we know the shock absorbers suck but you have to live with it. I'm swapping for bilstein b4 shocks to cure this. Google rolling timber or golf rear suspension noise..

I had mine done twice, it worked temporarily as you would expect it to (who lubricates rubber joints in 2016??), so I'm going to have to book it in again shortly. This noise is worse when the weather is cold.

Same with the rear noise. I've had the shocks done. It went away, then came back shortly afterwards.

I had this on my previous 13 plate GT, lubicating the bushes cured it completely.

This is the biggest bullsh** fix I ever heard of. Seriously. Have them change the bushes!
They certainly aren't getting a third go at it on ours.

Don't see why you should. It's a known fault from new, make them tackle it.

My GT has this even though it has had new rear shocks ... :(

My local dealer is a nightmare so I may have to put up with the noise as I was advised if I needed anything in the future to use a different garage - I am too fussy apparently ...

Stick with it.. get them to fit bilstein to get rid. That's what I'm attempting

I have similar issue. I only noticed after lowering car on Eibach Pro springs. TBH never listened before but after fitting springs wanted to make sure installation gone fine. Now starting thinking it is not the springs. Does noise appears when you rock car or pushing up and down on top mounts? I get little creaking noise when I do.

Hi all, what you need to do will take 10mins just jack the car up so you can get your hands through the spring, then pull the rubber boot (that stops dirt getting on your shocker) down out of the strut top mount and lubricate it with silicon spary, then refit it. Should be good after that..

Does anyone have suspension noise when trying to rock car or push it up on down on top mounts? I am getting really paranoid thinking something wasn't installed correctly when changed springs. I can describe noise more like very old shock absorber, it seems to be not bad when driving, only can be noticed sometime when driving slowly on uneven road. Also when I remove top mounts little black round cover and place fingers on shock absorber strut and can feel vibration when rocking car. It is not play just little vibration.
