What does maintenance manual say about front camber?

If it's out of spec - does the VW maintenance manual allow for any adjustments of front camber by other means, as it seems not adjustable from factory.

There's no factory front camber adjustment, you'd need camber plates. Or, just buy coilovers or air ride that includes them and kill two birds with one stone

or find the damaged suspension part causing camber to be out of spec and replace it.

camber plates are no walk in the park labor wise, tend to require periodic maintenance, and can introduce lots of NVH. Most on the market are purposed to introduce excess negative camber for spirited/competition driving with limited concern for ride quality or nvh.
