Tired Of Piano Black Dash Panels

Silver or a brushed aluminum look is what I'm after. I guess I could order some new pieces from VW but something tells me that'll be pricey. Are any of you aware of an aftermarket overlay solution or should I just consider painting or maybe wrapping the dash panels?
