Need Advice on how many of these holes I should plug....

The point of it being off to the side is so you can mount it where you don't have to make holes in the bumper. If the holes are already there then the center almost objectively looks better. Unless you plan on removing the front plate sometimes...?

I did this to mine some time ago as a temporary solution. Didn't even bother paining them.
