If your car breaks and they prove that it was the cause of the tune, then you pay out of pocket. But, it does NOT void your entire warranty. Been through this situation with VW and won. They tried to claim my turbo blew as a result from my intake, but couldn't prove it. Best of luck!

Did they also claim your new tires were involved?? Or something else equally...not related?

Any tune voids your warranty. Period.

Intake is not a tune.
Intake doesn't increase stress on the turbo. Tune significantly increases stress, so if the OP has a turbo failure he's on his own.

Tunes do not void your warranty... they may only void CERTAIN parts of your warranty. You will still have coverage for things besides engine/power train.
