Not my 2017 APR Stage 2 Golf R $30k

Always browsing classifieds and came across this 2017 R with some tasteful mods for $30k.

Stage 2, BBS wheels, Milltek exhaust

When shopping for a car you should buy the owner as much as the car and judging from those pictures...I'll pass.

Fair price, is the car in Texas?

True. At first thought it was a shop car for a 3M dealer, but looks like just a regular guy's car. With 24k miles on a 2017, seems like just a commuter car. Could it have been through s few track days, probably.

No one except the current owner will know.

Also, there's more than $7500 (price new) in parts, not to mention labor. If not doing the work yourself, that's $10k in mods.

But I guess if it's a POS, then all the parts in the world won't matter.

That being said, a thorough drive and inspection should reveal most issues.
