Obdeleven help

Hello all, new to this board. Have a 17 Alltrack SE. I just bought an obdeleven tool, and no matter what I’ve tried, I cannot get the Bluetooth to connect to it. It tells me the pass key is invalid, except it never lets me enter a passcode. It just skips the part where I would enter the pairing code. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Did you try resetting the connection? You can have your device 'forget' the Bluetooth connection and reconnect from scratch. You may already know, the BT pin is 1234. Also, after entering the pin, the device won't necessarily connect to the OBD until you click the large 'connect' circle button within the OBD app itself. That was my experience. Hope this helps!
