Backdrop: Selling because it's time for me to save more seriously and get a house. Mid-young-adult crisis.
I LOVE this car to death, but have to let it go. I've owned it for one year, it was CPO car with 7.5K miles before I had it. I am a very meticulous owner, handwash the car every week (See my cleaning thread to see how detail oriented I am) and am very maintenance oriented. The next owner will recieve my log book where I record every single thing I do to the car, whether it's condition the seats, replace a bolt, fill it with 93 octane high quality gas, change the oil at 10k miles, put a part on, take a part off, you get it.
I am a responsible driver. No burnouts in this thing, no hard launches, a good amount of spirited driving of course. I avoid potholes, go over traintracks slowly, let the oil get to 180 before any boost, don't 'hotlap' it then turn the engine right off, this thing is CLEAN, and RUNS PERFECTLY. Absolutely no signs of clutch slippage, brakes are nearly new, tires are great, hardly any wheel rash to speak of, clean wheel wells, the works.

Absolutely zero problems. Biggest issues were a few rattles which I solved with dynamat.
Current mods, which many may be taken off for resale, and original pieces put back in,
