Possible Rear Dome Light Upgrade

So, I'm very happy with the front dome light mod I did.

All my friends love the amount of light they produce. I am looking into modding the rears. I thought it was super difficult to remove the rear led lights but it's not. They just pop off. They have some interesting circuitry and look like a similar mod might be possible. I'll need to take my multimeter to the car and measure how much current the rears produce. Hopefully it is 12 volts.

I have been wanting to change the color of my lights to red since I got the car. I bought a used rear assembly on eBay to fiddle with. This is what I have accomplished so far
