China auto headlight switch

Hi,

I installed an China auto headlight switch with light sensor.
Now everything works great but there is one problem.

at night wen i come home and the switch is in auto mode i turn off the ignition. The car gives signal that the lights are on. That is not an problem but the lights keep flasing 8 times before it stops.

Does anyone know how to code this?

I had a similar problem, but the lights would flash about 3 or 4 times. For me it turned out that the connector for the light sensor was not in all the way. So the loose connection was causing this issue. It was working fine, but it would flash.

So double check to make sure all the connections are "clicked" into place.
