We backed the stock spark plugs. Problem remains.
We made log files while simulating the problem.
I sent them to APR and I am waiting now for purposes.

The things that we have doubts are:
- The difference between the values of G083 to G084 is huge. For instance on the last log we can see
1.371 required air pressure and 1.708 actual air pressure on 4704 RPM
1.380 required air pressure and 2.043 actual air pressure on 5204 RPM
and so on.............. This can be seen on every log.
- The waste gate may be try to solve this difference between the required and actual air pressure values and this is the reason of shaking.

Maybe a bigger waste gate is needed? Or the parameters need to be altered to allow it to open up more to control the pressure better.

Hi Guys
APR recommended me to perform waste gate adaptation of IS38 by ODIS.
They said that the logs show over boost
This is the Factory VAG software.
This software is available in Bulgaria only in official services of Skoda and VW

VW Bulgaria performed the adaptation successfully.

This software has an option to show you, how much has to be tighten or loosen the actuator rod in order to calibration test later passes successfully.
In my case the ODIS has shown that my actuator rod has to be loosen one turn.
Also there was need to be adapted the motor waste gate in some voltage window.

To this moment i do not have any problems, but the temperatures now in Bulgaria are above 20 degrees.
The over boost problems appear when is colder
We will see in future

It is really stupid and irritated that ODIS is necessary to adapt the IS38 as APR said and in the same time their dealer in Bulgaria does not posses this program.
In fact the dealer has not informed at all that this adaptation is necessary.
