I have factory springs, shocks and struts for sale. They all have less than 1,000 miles on them. make me a reasonable offer. PM me too please. Located in san diego/temecula california area. They come with dust boots and bump stops.

It won't lower a GTI, be warned. I found this out the hard way. The R is only 0.1" lower than the GTI according to VW, but because the R is 200-300lbs heavier than the GTI it should raise the GTI about a half inch.

Although, if you're interested in raising the GTI, it will fit.

I run stock suspension on both my R and my GTI at the moment and the GTI is at LEAST an inch higher. I don't know if it has to do with the fact that my R has DCC but I can say it is more than .1" lower than my GTI. And no neither car still has the shipping pucks.
