That kit is with fueling. Also does not need a built engine. His numbers are at the crank. I am running this same kit on a stock block.

I know an R owner that bent a rod on stock engine with this APR Stg3+ and had to rebuild the engine anyway. This was on 91oct file and gas in CA.

We're pretty upfront about requiring a built engine. Some will choose not to do it, and may be fine, but it's a risk!
