Did you end up going to
https://php-specialists.com/ ? I went today and I can't say enough positive things about Matt and PHP. It was a 2.5 hour drive each way from Liberty but so worth it. They double teamed the job and what was supposed to take 3 - 3.5 hours only took two. He quoted me $300 for the spring installation and the final bill came to $307.50. Or $625 less than what BHR quoted me! It looks great and I'm totally satisfied. They even have a nice leather couch and Netflix to watch while you wait. Oh, and go here for breakfast

It's about a 20 minute walk but after a 2.5 hour drive it's good to stretch the legs!
Great to hear! Everything I've read about them has been positive. Really glad you found the place and shared it. I've been emailing back and forth a bit with him, and he definitely knows what he's talking about, and sounds like they have plenty of experience with MK7s.
This Monday, I ended up trading in my '16 and got a '17 Sport. LOVE LOVE LOVE the performance pack and lighting package!!! Summer tires (Firestone Indy 500) were mounted yesterday, and the Helix sub was swapped over from the old car. Tint (35%) is being done this coming Monday.
I'll drive the new one around for a month or so to shake out any possible bugs, then head down there for either a Sachs clutch or TTRS clutch. Haven't decided which one yet, though. The TTRS will save a couple hundred, but obviously there's no parts warranty with build-your-own type kits. Also I'll do an upgraded rear main seal while it's taken apart ($100-ish, pretty much no labor charge), as well as an HPA dogbone kit ($400ish w/labor). Sounds like the total for everything should be right around between $1600-$1800, depending on which clutch I choose.
I'll definitely keep that breakfast joint in mind! I'll also report back after everything is done. Excited to have found a reasonable & knowledgeable tuning shop for our cars, even if it is like 3 hours away from Lawrence!
