been dong brakes for 20 years and I'll say that changing pads and rotors on my 16 R is kind of pain. Fronts are easy but the rears not so much. The allen head caliper bolts suck to remove, the top is lined up with brake line and the rear is so close to the frame for a socket. Then the caliper bracket bolts are torx.
Soooo, anyone ever swap any of these bolts to something that would make the job easier? Any tips or tricks? Tools used to make life easier?
Also after only a couple of track days I've melted both front rubber dust boots on my fronts. I see ECS sells rebuild kits and upgrade bushing kits. Has anyone done this?
