Ahh. Ok.
No worries. Didn't mean to come off hard. Was on a rush and couldn't write a better sentence

The part no for the two washers are WHT 006 844
For the bolts it is N 107 854 01
Mind you. I did not install my setup yet. So can't confirm correct fitment.
This is the parts my shop sold to me.

I did the subframe after I did the control arms. The front end feels a bit stiffer (not as much flex) since I changed to the aluminum subframe.

May I ask how you are able to tell that the front end feels "a bit stiffer"?

For example, when changing to poly bushings on the control arms, the feeling you get is increased road feel, so your hands feels the vibrations of the road more. But when someone says "the front end feels a bit stiffer" - I can't imagine what this feels like, and how one is able to measure the difference before and after.

Thanks!

Going to be placing an order soon and it looks like all that is needed is:
subframe 5Q0199369G (x1)
washers WHT006844 (x2)
bolts N10785401 (x4)

anybody know of any additional parts needed for this install?

Unfortunately I hit a pothole, blew out a tire and came to find I also slightly bent the stamped subframe.

I'm thinking of doing this A3 subframe install myself. Can anyone share some insight as to whether I need the VAG "locating pin" tool numbers T10096 and T10486/1 or /2 to reinstall the new subframe correct and centered/square?

The manual says to use all 4 pins first, then remove and install the bolts one at a time.

Thanks for any heads up or info on this swap guys. Some details from the Golf manual-
