Anyone in South Florida with VCDS?

Hey I just got my 2017 R and want to turn down the Soundaktor to 0%. I live in Palm Beach County, Delray Beach/West Palm Beach area. Does anyone have a VCDS that can hook me up so I don't have to spend over 200$ just to disable it? Thanks. P.S. I know I can manually unplug it but I rather not.
