Need some help please!

I'll try to make this short. Got on it the other day and got severe wheel hop. All of a sudden, critical coolant light with ECP pops on. Able to make it home and look at the damage. My radiator separated from my intercooler. When it did, the sensor housing on the left/ passenger side rubbed up against my belt. This in turn melted a hole in the black housing part. Coolant immediately sprayed out. Here's the help i need. 1) is that the coolant temperature sensor? 2) does anyone know the part number?

I'd be concerned you overheated the engine. Look online for the part. Does it match?
