flagged destination on discover nav

When I look at the saved destinations on my discover nav I have a flagged destination as well as saved destinations.
I can delete the saved destinations but don't know how the flagged destination appeared and there is no delete option. Any ideas how it got there and how to delete it

Nav > Settings > Manage Memory > Delete User Data > Flagged Destination
