Head Unit Replacement on SE 2014

Looking to purchase a 1.4 TSI 2014 MK7 in a few weeks but I'd really want to replace the head unit in it and the whole stereo as the current one is very basic and small, if I was to try and replace it would it be possible to get a CarPlay enabled one? If so how much would it cost and would it be an easy process? I see on eBay they have ones from China for around £200 however I'm not well educated on stereo replacements in the golf. What would you guys recommend to replace the standard one with?
