Got myself a kid trying the pull out method... Sooo
there is one tuner out there that can reset the ecu flash counter... not on dsg tunes though

ED resets the raw-numbers flash counter for each block (the one in VCDS that reads ex. 1/1/1/1/1), you can confirm this yourself if you have Eurodyne by flashing to stock and pulling the numbers with VCDS.
This does NOT hide the tune from the dealer and several people recently have gotten TD1 flashing back to stock over a Eurodyne tune. There's more to it than just the numbers.
