I had car lowered with Eibach ProKit Springs (25mm) at 13,000 miles. At around 34,000 had noise issues that after much investigation and other parts changed was found to be my LCA's. Both. The OE rubber bushing with voids molded in was torn in a couple places and allowed the LCA to move so much it hit other metal parts making the noise even on light bumps.
I thought about the ECS red bushings but they had a 1 month back order in early 2017. I went with Supaloy and had the entire arm replaced. Supaloy makes an aluminum alloy arm with their design bushings. Best decision to date. They are great and all noise gone. How long will they last on lowered car? We will see but likely longer than OE.
Check to see if Supaloy sell bushings for OE arm replacement.
The ECS is an option. I can not say how they will do but likely better than OE. Others have looked at this maybe they will offer feedback on noise.

I say replace with something.
LCA to me is a bad design on OE bushings.

Supaloy. Good but costly.
