FWIW, I agree with vbrad26 -- IMHO, black wheels do not enhance the appearance of a V-Dub Golf. More to the point, I'm going to guess the reason Speed_Demon asked who manufactured your wheels was because they look really great on your car now. I agree. See also crediem_2's comments above. I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that none of us would have said the same about black alloy wheels on your car.
Thanks for the feedback. I've tried to find some pictures of CSGs with black wheels, and you're right, they don't look as flattering. I am looking at some Rotiform TMBs in machined silver though. I'm not in a rush, just kinda looking around with my free time at work haha. BUT if anyone wants my wheels...

I'm not opposed to black wheels, I just don't think they look the best on our color.
But that's not to say it's impossible to pull off....
IMO i just think any gunmetal/hyper black finish looks great on the CSG.
