I wanted a TTE470/TTE525R (I had TTH480 before) first but after hearing they only install a bigger wheel and always keep the old and weak thrust axial bearing, which is responsible for many IS38 crashes - see known forums and facebook entries, I decided on the PnP LM500. Before developing the LM500 the engineers told me that they first disassembled a TTE525R and then immediately knew what to change and replace. (see and compare all IS38 failures and especially upgrade chargers in this informative forum and understand how they die and how they blow up the engine later in a kamikaze manner). It took them three months time to design and combine it with the most endurable racing axial bearing + two bigger wheels + turbine shaft called TD05 by Mitsubishi - proven over the years to be way more endurable, which convinced me in the ending. Even if the TD05 part is extremely expensive, the prices of TTE / TTH / CTS / PnP / APR and Loba are very similar. Maybe it is competition and Americans are the best in doing business.

That's really impressive! 192mph in a hurry! Got more pics of the car?

Also, a link to the site for the turbo you're running. I'm not ready yet but sounds like a great option when the time comes to upgrade

VIDEO: It seems they are rebuilding my old grey IS38 charger, which I sent to them. Now it got turned into a nice LM500. I am running some new 100-200km/h times soon and upload them for you. You can also send them your totally defective turbo and they make an LM500 of it because entirely everything gets replaced except the big turbine and intake housing anyway:

Hi guys,
I am installing the turbo outlet pipe at the moment - see photos below (the OEM is limited to 35mm and the tuned one is 60mm, so the fresh air flows to the IC much better).
Additionally, the bigger turbo inlet by VWR Racingline with the 53,7 mm opening is being installed too. The CTS inlet has just got 50,1mm and the OEM 47,3. I need the biggest one because of the upgrade turbo PnP-Turbo LM500. They will release an LM550 next week because lots of tuners are demanding it due to the stable quality. Even more power for GTI and 7R...and my Cupra with the same engine.

My videos in mph - I will do fresh recordings presumably next week:

I have driven 75600km / ca. 46.000 miles so far. Thank God everything works smoothly and when playing with the pedals you have to concentrate...

The big PnP LM500 has got a SMALLER brother named PnP LM440 - designed for Golf MK7 (7R and GTI Year 2014 - 2018 providing STABLE 440 HP from a reinforced IS20)

See the video:
