Thanks! Sadly, no. I once owned a MK1 for maybe 12 weeks as I made the mistake of not seeing the car before purchase (in my defense it was in Washington State and I was in PA at the time).

I absolutely adore this MK7 and what I made it into. I am happy to answer any questions too!
