I've had the same problem. It leaks so that the drips fall right on the window switches. The problem first happened with <1000km on the car. It has happened a couple of times since. I took the car to the dealer but they couldn't see anything wrong with the weather stripping.
It is now winter so I will need to deal with the problem in the spring when the rain is less "solid".
