Hi,

Golf VII fog light is H11, or H7?

I was checking on OSRAM bulb finder and I have seen a cornering light can be H7? What's the correct bulb for fog light which has also cornering light in one bulb? H11 or H7?

H11 on standard Golfs.

You'll need to remove a cover in the wheel arch to access.

What OSRAM means with H7 cornering light?

What OSRAM means with H7 cornering light?

No worries.

Mk7's with Halogen headlights (and fogs) use the fog lights for the cornering function. This is a H11 bulb.

Mk7's with Xenon headlights have another bulb within the headlight assembly for the cornering function. This is a H7 bulb.

Magnific. Thanks.

So I will be fitting new bulbs on my MK7:

Low beam - H7 OSRAM Night Breaker Laser
High beam - H15 OSRAM Cool Blue Intense - There's no more choice
Fog lights - H11 OSRAM Night Breaker Unlimited

Compared with OEM, it should be a lot better?

Yeah....H7 is correct for your dipped/low beam.
H15 is correct for high beam - which is also your daytime running light and parking light.

I cant comment on the improvement unfortunately. I'm lucky enough to have OEM xenons. ;)

Fitted the Cool Blue Intense H15.

But anyone can check that parking light intensity and colour is different of DRL?

DRL looks whiter, parking lights yellowish.

DRL:

Parking:

Is that normal?

H15 has 3 levels of colour/brightness?

High Beam, DRL and Parking?

Thanks.
