Paint peeling..

So when i was washing my car this weekend i noticed a spot on my hood in the back corner by the windshield where paint is peeling. I called vw yesterday to let them know and they said to bring it in so they could take picturesbefore they issue any claims. Has anyone else noticed any peeling there? I ask because my coworker also has a mk7 gti in black and the same thing is happening to his hood in the same spot but not as bad.

It was asked if this was left over shipping wrap?
Will it peel off? Does not look like paint.

Looks like wrap, theres some on the bottom corner as well

My dealer did a crappy job removing the wrap from my car, as I seem to find pieces every so often.
