After only a little over a year (April 2016), I am selling my like-new GTI to accommodate a growing family. This car is nearly perfect with $2,500 in upgrades:
Volkswagen OEM "Helix" wheels: $1,200
BF Goodrich Comp-2 AS tires (some of the best in their class): $600
Volkswagen OEM "Driver Gear" Springs (lowers the car about 1" while maintaining factory ride: $500 including installation and alignment
Audi TTS Short-shift linkage: $100
Volkswagen OEM window shades (pop in and fully removable): $220
35% window tint: $250
Great factory options include Apple Car Play, Lighting Package, Fender Audio, Keyless entry and push button start, leather seats, and large sunroof.As said before, the car is like new. I do not drive it extremely hard or race it. I just like a car that looks and feels a little tighter than stock. I hate to sell it and will be taking a major loss on the upgrades but I just need more room. Still plenty of factory warranty remaining. Thanks for looking.
