EuroCode has been engaged in the business of modifying and competing with VW/Audi platforms since 2001. Our experience doesn't come from simple bolt on products. We build custom spec engines, do complete driveline swaps/transplants (to include SEMA cars for VWoA) and transmission rebuilds. We provide full fabrication service for chassis modification and cage builds. We do custom suspension setups and corner balance for that track minded driver. The experience we have gained by working on every platform offered since 2001 has brought us knowledge possessed by very few in our industry. We are not perfect by any means, but our aim each and every day is to pursue perfection.

As a company we have owned the following chassis for development and testing purposes: MKIV, MKV, MKVI and as the MKVII’s rolled into the showroom floors it wasn't an exception. As enthusiasts we have owned aircooled and water cooled VW’s as well as an Audi or two ;) Every time a new platform has been released, EuroCode has purchased the vehicle to help us understand the platform and educate our technicians to the inner workings of the new applications.We have one of the largest collection of factory repair tools including the VAS 6150C scan tool (linked to VWoA) outside of the dealer environment, allowing us to support our customers better than most in the industry.


Although our personal journey to modify VW’s started way back in 1990, the products you see today offered by EuroCode for the MKVII chassis are a result of 14 years experience on the track, combined with some serious American engineering and manufacturing. Our MKVII products are obviously not new ideas to VW community, however what makes the difference is the EuroCode touch! We believe that through ownership of the platform and thorough long term testing we can provide the finest products on the market..Our immense passion for the brand and participation in motorsports venues all help a little bit too. :)


Our MQB downpipe has been on our development GTI since June of 2014 and our USS chassis rigidity products (Tunnel brace, Strut Tower Brace & Rear Chassis Brace) all have been on the vehicle since August of 2014. Testing began with our USS Sway Bars and Adjustable Drop Links (to be released shortly), in September of 2014. The vehicle has been tracked and the products are thoroughly tested to ensure real world performance results, not just a design idea followed by a rendering and production.


Nealy a decade ago we started to produce products to help support the enthusiasts in our community. Today we have access to resources in professional racing and employ mechanical engineers which allow us to develop, design and produce products superior in quality and design. We hope that these products bring you as much joy as they have brought us, each and every time you get behind the wheel.

Eurocode ÜSS MK7 Golf/GTI/Golf R Upper Strut Chassis Brace


Most modern unibody vehicles utilize Macpherson strut assemblies. The MK7 GTI happens to be one of them. This design leads to the entire load of the vehicle's suspension to be transmitted to the upper strut towers. Ultimately the chassis flex that is induced during high performance driving or uneven roadway surfaces alter the static camber, toe and caster settings. These changes can change the steering response and make handling less predictable.



Our Upper Strut Tower Brace is designed to tie the upper parallel strut tower assemblies together under load, thus enhancing steering precision and reducing understeer. It fits perfect on the MK7 Golf and GTI and has a stealth appearance, tucked away under the factory cowl cover.

Construction:

The Upper Strut Tower Brace is compose of four essential elements which are the strut rod, strut rod ends, strut rod mounts and hardware. When combined they make a impressive product no MK7 owner should be without.


Strut Rod:
  • 6061-T6 Aluminum
  • 1" diameter tube specified with a wall thickness for both high strength and light weight.
  • Type II hard anodized finish in black for durability and appearance.

Strut Rod Ends:
  • 17-4PH Stainless Steel
  • Designed to handle the ultimate amount of stress
  • Machined finish

Strut Rod Mounts:
  • Laser Cut Steel
  • Formed and TIG welded for strength and precision
  • Dry polyester powder coated textured black for durability

Hardware:
  • Stainless steel for superior rust corrosion and strength

Our Rear Chassis Brace is designed to tie the left and right inner body assemblies together, adding additional rigidity to the chassis and upper strut towers.

Construction

The Rear Chassis Brace is compose of four essential elements which are the strut rod, strut rod ends, strut rod mounts and hardware. When combined they make a impressive product no MK7 owner should be without.

Eurocode ÜSS Adjustable End Links for the MQB Chassis


Our MQB chassis adjustable sway bar end links are a direct replacement for the factory end links and offer both adjustability and precision that cannot be achieved with the OEM part.

Fully adjustable, unlike their OEM counterpart, they can be used to remove the suspension preload that is present when lowering a vehicle. In addition they also include spherical bearings that will not deflect under load, thus increasing the effectiveness of the sway bar.

Fully compatible with OEM and aftermarket sway bars, they are a crucial component when it comes to dialing in the ride on your MQB Golf/GTI during suspension modifications.
