What if you had a shop treat them like they would treat paint that needed correction. I can’t recommend what lotions and potions to use but I bet a buffer could take care of that in 5 minutes with the right pad and compound.

You can try by hand with a micro fiber pad. Blue or white at Walmart.
If you have a buffer can also use.
Works well in the black B pillar trim.
Do a small test area.
Then I suggest Laminex headlight film.
