Vagcom in NoVA?

Anyone near the Ashburn area with Vagcom (or OBD11)? New MK7 and had read about some of the cool things that could be done?

If possible would love the sweeping gauges on startup, all 4 headlight rings to light up as DRL, windows up on rain, windows up/down on key fob, side mirrors fold in, and whatever else that may be fun..

I do offer VAGCOM service for $60, but I am in Fredericksburg, VA.

Thanks guys a fellow forum member helped me out at that time and I have since bought the OBD11 for additional tweaks
