Exhaust Valve Opening and Closing?

In normal mode are my valves supposed to momentarily close when placing the car into drive?

I have a manual, but I suppose they should.

Try to search on this forum. Use "exhaust flapper", many treads in the matter.

Not the stock exhaust so how would we know? Ask the supplier.

As far as I know the aftermarket valved setups generally rely on the ECU much like the OEM setup so behavior would be identical. The supplier would have no control over this.

Stock controlling...so yea, should operate just like stock.

I still haven't figured this out, the coding makes zero sense. What I'd really like is to be able to code them closed in D and Open in Sport/Race.
