yeah i guess you are right, 21.5. I imagine stock wheels for mk7.5 are about 26.5lbs so not huge but an improvement.

Improvement for losing 5lbs? Sure! But not the hardcore "light weight" wheel that was stated in the OP.
It's tough to control but posts like this looking for the fringe extremes to things like wheel weights, aggressive wheel setups, "stance", etc. slowly turn into free for all's of info, just not quite on topic.
