I've used Underground Tinting in Bohemia several times, they did an excellent job every time.

In Queens
It's called " The Tint shop "
They will warn you about the inspection since the new law on tints is in effect and it will not pass with tints
Another thing is that they are not cheap

There’s a great tint shop by me. Give u a lifetime warranty and they use Lumar which is the best tint. Just have to travel a little which u said u were willing to do.
