How do I test/know my AFS is working correctly as designed/intended?

Is it supposed to be moving left or right when I turn the steering when the vehicle is not moving?

What's the best way to test it?

Easiest way to see it is find a dark parking lot or twisty road and put it in race mode where it acts quicker.

When the light switch is set to auto prior to starting the car, it'll do a self test. As long as you see them go down, out to the sides, then back up, you know they are working.
