Are you sure is possible? I tried that too and VW credit do not have the option to transfer leases, at least few months ago

It's always been like that
You can't FULLY transfer the lease.
They just add the new "owner" to your lease account/contract and you're still liable for the car until the lease ends.
Basically, you better trust whoever you're giving the car too since you're still on the hook for it

I looked into a lease swap before o purchased my last car. Www.swapalease.com has some type of liability release statement about each make. Good luck.

Sounds like apartment subleasing. I knew a person who couldn't break their lease and had to sublease....the next renter tore the place up. Guess who was responsible?
