It's not a Colour option in the states, Canada got lucky tho. The dealer I got mine at was getting a black and a silver. I just got rid of a black car and figured I'd try the silver. Wasn't a huge fan at first but now I love it!!

Went to check out the ghost town of Picher, Oklahoma a few weeks ago with the new car and family. Stock for now, changes will come in time.

Thanks! I installed an EcoHitch with 1.25" receiver. I have full write-up on my site.
Nice write up and great pics. I'm a little squeamish about removing and/or cutting pieces of my 2-week old GTI so I might go with a Curt hitch that doesn't seem to require any extra cutting or drilling. We'll see.

I had a Curt hitch on my stock height jetta previously. I loathed how low it sat on the bumper (and consequently, dragged any hitch rack it carried). Highly recommend the ecohitch.
