Whoa, that looks at least 50% shorter (neuspeed claims "only" 40% so there's probably a bit of an optical illusion)! It sucks that it's so expensive though, $220 for a modified stock shifter is a lot when most aftermarket range are in the <$200 range for both front to back and side to side.

Passed Driver's Ed
I managed to score an NLS (nothing leaves stock) short shifter for dirt cheap from a pick-n-pull. It's the exact same as the Neuspeed one.

I fitted that along with a metal relay lever and solid end link bushings. Made a huge improvement in shifting! The slightly reduced side-to-side is a nice compliment to the shorter throw. I would highly recommend getting the end link bushings and a metal relay lever to add to the short shifter.
