Climate Windscreen part numbers - HELP!

Good morning

Just the other day I picked up a stone chip that turned into a 10inch long crack.
To cut the story short I'm wanting to upgrade to the Climate Windscreen of which is polarised and has a Silver layer in it.

I believe it begins with 5G0845011 but its the letters after of which im looking for.
My car is a 2017 Golf Estate BA5 2.0TDI with just the rain/light sensor behind the rear view mirror.

All help would be welcome!

You do realise you will have to get a different dash control unit as there is a button in the left spin dial which has the front heating element on it......
