Even with premium oils, fuel dilution effects the viscosity relatively early.
There is no fuel dillution affecting oil worth speaking of as long as you're not driving
short distances only for some period of time. The EA888 3G engines get up to temp
pretty quickly.
Contrarily Diesel engines, in particular when equipped with a particulate filter and
when burning 'Biodiesel' actually suffer from fuel dilution even when driven on fairly
long distances.

I almost never drive less than 20 minutes, and my oil analysis showed significant (but not critical) viscosity losses by 5k miles @ stage 2.

I'll trust the lab (Oil Analyzers, Blackstone is useless for fuel dilution) over your opinion.
