Shortest gearing of any MQ350 I'm aware of: R32 
You may also throw an eye on Mk5 GTI Edition 30 and Mk6 Edition 35,
GTI CS and CSS gearboxes if you get hold of them. CS and CSS come
with the VAQ, or the ability to fit the VAQ respectively.
Next best hit is Golf R. Gearing somewhere between the forementioned
R32 + CS, though you'd have to deal with the housing to accommodate
the angled drive that's dring the prop shaft.
First I'd highly recommend collecting the corresponding data of all the
contemplable gearboxes.
